Why we exist

Most property sites in Malaysia are organised around the listing. They earn money when an agent or developer pays to be seen, so they rarely tell you that a launch is overpriced, that an area is wrong for you, or that renting is the smarter move this year. We are organised around the person, across the whole home journey, and we make no money from listings. That is what lets us give you a verdict.

What we cover

• Area guides: where to live, with real price, rent, commute, and lifestyle reads, and who each area is not for.
• Renovation: what it actually costs in Malaysia, room by room, and how to brief a contractor without getting burned.
• Buying and renting: first-home steps, tenancy and deposit rights, and the honest maths of rent versus buy.

How we stay useful
